The hotel's location is great for weddings and offers a peaceful atmosphere, but it needs a good tidy up and cleaning inside. The rooms, although comfortable, had visible damage and cleanliness issues that weren't properly addressed. The service was a mix of niceness and attentiveness combined with unhelpful and rude encounters. The dining experience, while friendly, had inconsistencies in quality and service.
The family room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, although it was nothing like what was advertised. The location was beautiful and offered easy access to nearby attractions, but the absence of a small fan heater was a drawback. The service was fantastic, with Lee and Leanne going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The dining experience was tasty, though there were extra charges for certain options.
